Pre-social work students should come to or phone the undergraduate office in 107 Twente Hall to schedule an appointment for advisement. Students entering the B.S.W. degree program register as freshmen in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences or a community college and apply to the School of Social Welfare when at least thirty hours have been completed. Students should identify themselves as "pre-social work" as early as possible.

500- and 600-level courses: Open only to students admitted to the B.S.W. program. 700- and 800-level courses: Open only to students admitted to the M.S.W. program or permission of school. Incorrect enrollment in Social Work courses will be handled administratively. 890 and 690- series courses are only available to participants in the Professional and Community Education Program.
